We offer exchanges on all of our pieces, or store credit within 14 days of delivery (*excluding bespoke designs and sizes). Items must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange.

We do not offer refunds as our pieces are made to order.


We recommend taking advantage of our ring sizer redeemable on purchase offer. However, should the fit not be quite right, we will happily resize all new purchase items within 30 days of delivery.

Any re-sizes outside this period will incur a fee of $35 AUD plus postage.


We want your jewellery to last a lifetime and offer a 12 month warranty covering all manufacturing faults. Send us an email or message with a description of the damage and photos if possible. We will assess the damage, and if deemed a manufacturing fault, your item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

We love our planet, and aim to be as sustainable as possible. As such, we would much prefer to repair your jewellery than have you buy new. If the damage is after the 12 month warranty period, or a result of neglect or wear and tear, we can still almost always repair your jewellery back to its original condition. However, this may incur a fee to cover labour and materials. This fee will be quoted prior to commencing the repair.
